With a long career as a computer engineer and data scientist, Matias works professionally in Germany. He is the initial visionary behind the BPX Foundation and uses his geographical position to maintain an important Brazil-Europe bridge in the foundation's initiatives. In the e-sports scene, he has not only acted as an amateur athlete but also behind the scenes: leading teams, managing leagues, and producing journalistic material such as news, articles, podcasts, and livestreams.

A competitive player from the early days of Dota, Luca now works in event production and theatrical productions in the city of Aracaju through the company "Palco dos Sonhos" ("Stage of Dreams"). He also works as a consultant, project writer, and resource manager in the cultural sector. In the foundation, he will work in the administrative role of events and in the collection of public resources.

Currently studying Systems Analysis and Development, with a Bachelor's degree in Law, his passion for technology began in 1999. He played most of the first-person shooter games like Quake, CS, Unreal, but his true passion has always been Quake. He also immersed himself in the world of MMOs and MOBAs. At 35 years old, married with a wonderful 3-year-old daughter, he aims to use his knowledge to lead teams to compete in championships in Europe in less popular games.

Director and producer of several short films since 2015, he has produced promotional videos, including one for a South Korean company. He has written scripts and is also the author of the published book "Sobre Dragões e Fóbicos." In recent years, he has focused on creating content for various digital platforms. He creates content, from scriptwriting to final editing, with a focus on optimizing content delivery for a niche audience.
